SOFFIT & FASCIA
Aluminum soffits and fascia play a very important role in preserving the wood underneath your roof overhang from moisture and eventually decay, and they greatly improve the look of your home. All our aluminum products come pre-painted and once installed they are completely maintenance free.

We are able to install both pre-fabricated and custom bent fascia, depending on your needs and home design. Best time to replace soffit and fascia is usually when you are replacing your eaves trough, which are ideally installed after the soffit and fascia.
If the soffits are in good condition and you are happy with the colour, another significantly less costly option is to change the fascia with the eaves, and keep the existing soffits. Changing the fascia alone will greatly add to the look of your home, but more importantly it will ensure that the aluminum the eaves are connected to is clean and straight, and the two are perfectly matching in colour.
